I am now living in ONEderland!!!!!
 

I got to my first goal of under 200 pounds! I had hoped to be there by the 4th of July, but was 2 pounds off...I just hit it yesterday morning! It feels good and I am so proud of myself.

My battle with anorexic tendancies are getting better. Most of you do not know that I have a very strong faith. I am a born again Chrsitian and a friend of mine interceeded for me through prayer. He made me realize that I had not given it to God because I was afraid that if anorexia did not contrl my eating, then Michelle could not controll her eating...KWIM? So, through prayer and just surrendering this to the Lord, I have been able to eat properly the last two days and still lost...but lost it the right way!

I am so addicted to the exercise and that is a good thing! I set a goal for myself that included at least every other night doing my three mile cardio, but I have been able to do it every night and am loving it! I am getting strong and feeling great!

Great job Michelle...I am so proud of you. I am also glad that you are dealing with the anerexia. I forget all to quickly that God can also help out with this challenge like other challenge. It really is a mind, body, soul thing. Congrats...you must be very happy!!!!

Michelle, that's great news--on both counts! Getting a handle on the anorexia I think is an even bigger success than the weightloss but accomplishing both is awesome! :)
