Talking I am now living in ONEderland!!!!!

I got to my first goal of under 200 pounds! I had hoped to be there by the 4th of July, but was 2 pounds off...I just hit it yesterday morning! It feels good and I am so proud of myself.

My battle with anorexic tendancies are getting better. Most of you do not know that I have a very strong faith. I am a born again Chrsitian and a friend of mine interceeded for me through prayer. He made me realize that I had not given it to God because I was afraid that if anorexia did not contrl my eating, then Michelle could not controll her eating...KWIM? So, through prayer and just surrendering this to the Lord, I have been able to eat properly the last two days and still lost...but lost it the right way!

I am so addicted to the exercise and that is a good thing! I set a goal for myself that included at least every other night doing my three mile cardio, but I have been able to do it every night and am loving it! I am getting strong and feeling great!

Thank you all sooo much for the support!
Love Michelle

Congratulations on making Onederland and also on working on your eating disorder. Those two things are both worth a big "WAHOO!"

Michelle, that's great news--on both counts! Getting a handle on the anorexia I think is an even bigger success than the weightloss but accomplishing both is awesome!
