  • Because it's my birth month, and I want my present to myself to be the 270s. That means 8.4 lbs to lose this month, so I've gotta stay on my game.
  • Because I can tell I'm making progress!
  • Because I saw a bunch of family today for a Labor day weekend party and everyone noticed the difference - I wanna blow 'em away on Christmas!
  • Because I want to be out of the 200s by my birthday October 1.
  • Because there are only a few months left in the year, and I want to walk in a Winter Onederland this year.
  • I will stay on plan today because I tired of feeling horrible.
  • because I want to wear pretty clothes and high heels
  • Because fall will be here soon and I don't want last year's tops to be too tight.
  • Because I've worked so hard for months, why blow it now?
  • Because for the first time in two months my ankles are boney again, instead of swollen!
  • Because I want to be able to share clothes with my roommate and sisters
  • Because I saw a slight woosh on the scale this morning, I'm not giving that back!!!!
  • Because I want to never see 200 again.
  • Because I don't want my thighs to rub together when I walk.
