Because I want to say my weight out loud to ppl when they ask me abt it... It has always been "I dont know" when I am asked about it because of the kind of statements I would hear when I say my actual weight to them !!!!

Because I feel so much better than I did 100 pounds ago. I wonder how good I will feel after losing another 20 or 30 pounds.

Because I'm tired of bouncing around in the low 190's. I would like to get into the 170's by the end of the year but that's never going to happen if I don't get out of the 190's soon.
