Yep, up to date. I LOVE updating it every week/when I see big changes. I got "off track" for a couple months earlier this year and when I came back to 3FC I didn't increase the weight, I just waited until I got back down to my tracker weight and was excited to finally be able to change it again.

I've been within 3 lbs on either side of my ticker for the last 6 months or so. I loved updating when the scale was headed downward regularly! I just kind of feel I'm in limbo right now. The last time I lost a lot of weight, I kind of stopped at this weight before heading back up in a regain. Surely this is not all there is for me! I just need to buckle down and get moving in the right direction again.

No. It's not. I need to be brave and go get on the scales now. I've been avoiding them for the last few weeks.

It wasn't accurate until this morning when I got back to 138 once again. Yay! :carrot: For a month or t2o, I was going up and down between 138 and mid 140s

When I started this journey, I was using an analog scale that was about 7-8 pounds lighter than every other scale I weighed myself on. I was pretty deep into my weight loss before I noticed and didn't want to start new with a new scale. I finally bought a digital scale a couple of weeks ago that seems very accurate. So...I'm going to update my current weight but keep my starting weight the same even though I'm certain I weighed 8 pounds more than the weight that's listed.

I haven't updated mine in quite a while, and just checked it. Yup. I'm at another plateau, and the weight is the same within a half-pound. That is how my weight loss goes, though. Stay at one weight for some time, then a WHOOSH!!! Drop down to another level and stay there for a while.

Garnet2727 09-12-2013 12:43 PM

Nope. I used to be really meticulous when I was consistently dropping weight. Since I've been losing and gaining the same freaking 5 pounds for 5 months now, I just quit updating the thing.

ETA: OK, this is funny. I haven't updated my ticker in quite a while but it is accurate today. LOL!

EagleRiverDee 09-12-2013 08:25 PM

Nope. I've gained 14 lbs. *Sigh* I refuse to change my ticker because it feels like I'd be saying I'm keeping the weight. I've recommitted to the diet and exercise that achieved the weight loss in the first place, and plan to lose it again soon.

Update: Got to change it this morning for the first time in a couple of months. I happened to wake up at 4 AM to go to the bathroom and stepped on the scale. I was so excited I couldn't get back to sleep and came in here and started the computer stuff for the day including updating my ticker!

Nagazim 09-13-2013 03:49 PM

Yes, I update it daily.

Radiojane 09-13-2013 03:55 PM

Mine's only off by about two pounds, but that's water weight from vacation.

I'm another one that refuses to move it up. Only down for me!

Mozzy 09-15-2013 02:13 PM

Update: it's accurate now!!!!

Garnet2727 09-16-2013 09:26 AM

I finally updated my ticker. It's accurate now and I actually lost weight this week!

Arctic Mama 09-16-2013 08:47 PM

Yup, mine's accurate from the last time I weighed :)
