My first weigh in i lost 3 lbs the first week.my hubby is going to buy me a tread mill cause we have been having so much rain here and i can't walk,i am happy with the 3 lbs i am going to take it slow this time and do it right.

Last week I weighted in at 231, and I just weighed in at 228!! YAY!!!! :)

well, here's what my scale says but i'm not sure if i believe it:

199

that means i lost 5 lbs this week, which i've never done. i will weigh again tomorrow morning to check, but if not, hello onederland!

Despite one "not so good" eating day, I did manage to lose 3 pounds this week (into the 220's :) ) Can't wait until onederland!

Bev - You're an inspiration! Look at how far you've come already -- I know you'll make it to goal.

Congrats Holly on getting into Onederland! That's great!
