Weekly Weigh-In: June 2 - June 8
 
Up 3 lbs, to 223. But, I'm okay with it. I had a larger-than-normal weight loss last week (5 lbs.), which almost always means I have a gain the following week.

This week, I'm going to stick to the lower end of my points range and make extra sure to get all my water plus some in. (I'm proud to say I've been exercising regularly! :D )

I have to lose 5 lbs. in 2 weeks to make my birthday goal of 218. I think I can pull it off, but if I lose 4 I will be thrilled!

I weighed in Yesterday @ 297.5. Now this is a gain and I'm not happy about it, BUT - I was kinda worried that I would get a big ERR which would mean I was over 300 and I'm not. Kinda sad though - this is what I weighed Jan 1, 2003. 5 months have passed with no progess. I started again yesterday. Hubby seems to be on board, so I am hoping to get my groove back!!

I lost!
 
.....4.4lbs - this week. And it was my b-day last Thursday, I went out to lunch and dinner.

I really did try - drank all of the water, journaled. I'm in a much better place than I was last week when I was wondering why I keep doing this to myself.

It was my WW leader that made me realize what I was doing. I was doing WW "just enough". I knew how many points I could play with not to gain, so I was up .2 and down .2 - like a merry-go-round - you could call it maintence, but not with 100+ lbs to loose!

Now that I can see the results on the scale, I'm much more motivated. I'm trying to figure out what I can bring on my trip to help - I'm going to Alaska on Wednesday for 11 days. First few days in resort and the next seven on a cruise. Wish me luck, I am bringing some snacks to have on hand for when we're hiking, and I know they'll make me egg whites for breakfast if I ask - I just have to ask.

Sandi, You're doing a great job and making small, but permanent changes that will continually add up to great results. Keep doing that and don't get discouraged. We're all here to help!!

Beth, Your trip sounds absolutley wonderful!! Can't wait to hear all about it when you get back!

I'm down 5 pounds this week, so I was really excited!! That puts me at 220. 110 pounds gone and 80 more to go!!

Weighing in at 280 this week that is another 2 lbs down. I will take any loss! At one time this week i was down to 278 but i fluctuate alot so i will take the 280 for now.

WE are worth it and we can do it one little bit at a time.

Back @ 284 last time I weighed. Every time I change the weight in my sig file, I gain. Murphy's freakin' Law, man. Also, TOM is here now. :mad:

Well I weighed in today and I was down 5 pounds YAY!!!! :cp: I have really steped up my workout. 3 more pounds and I will make my vacation goal. But we leave Saturday so if not that's okay. I'm just thrilled to be where I am right now anyway. I never thought I would lose this 27 pounds that I have lost so far anyway.

I maintained the same...but I am not upset about it...a maintain is better than a gain...but I also know I am retaining water as I feel bloated, so I better try to drink the 2L of water today(as I missed out on it this weekend)

Today starts the downward trend though - I'm back on the wagon and going to be fully OP every day! YAY!

I'm down 3 lbs. to 181 this week. I think I've really been able to get things back under control. I've been exercising more regularly and controling what goes in my mouth better, although I still need to work on my portions. But overall I think things are getting back on track. Yah! Only 31 more lbs. to goal and I really think I'm going to make it!! I can't wait!:cb:
