because my weight was over 200 (200.4) this morning after weeks of being in ONEderland. I am not moving my ticker above 200--so I need to get back into the ONEderland area.

staying on plan today because I got no exercise past 3 days except for a good 2.5 mile hike in the Smokies !! The fact that I did not get tired or stop for a break is making me more determined to get healthier than ever before !! :carrot:

Staying on plan because I weighed in at 191.2 at my regular weekly appointment this morning. Then I had a doctor's appointment at another office a few hours later and weighed in at 190.0!!!! I know scales fluctuate so much and I only use my "regular" doctor's office for tracking but seeing that 190 on the scale was EMPOWERING!! If it said 189.9 I was so making it official!! (jk...maybe!)

I am staying on plan today because I only need to lose 3 pounds to lose that "morbidly obese" label! (that is when I weigh at home, first thing in the morning, in my birthday suit):)

First thing that came to my mind was I am staying on plan today because I've gained so much lately, I'm running out of things to wear!!

because my weight was back under 200 today (199.8, but it's still a ONE)
