I'm stayin' on plan 'cos Elvis is!

because I am firmly in ONEderland and I want to stay there!

because I like the fact that under IanG's SN it says "Dropping it like it's hot"

because today is day 24 working toward a 30 day mini goal and I promised myself I would stay on plan for 30 days.

...because this morning's scale comparison has me only 1 lb less than my husband!

Because I finally got over the onederland hurdle!!

Plus I had to give up my seat to Ian in the 2-teens. He got tired to standing around waiting for a place to park his butt temporarily!

Because it is the first hard day where I don't really WANT to stay on plan. This is where I prove that I want health more than I want to be lazy.

I'm staying on plan today because I can't think of a single excuse not to stay on plan :^:

...because my husband and I weighed exactly the same this morning!

because it's DAY 26. Only four more days until I hit my first mini-goal!

Because this is working!

because I am 3 lbs away from a 3fc challenge goal, and 2 lbs away from a personal mini goal...

Staying on plan today as I saw my reflection in the corner of my eye and stepped back to look again. Who is THAT? I don't even look like me anymore.

And today when I went to pick up some test results, the girl looked at my license, looked at me, looked back at my license and smiled. She knows me from being in there from time to time but still has to copy the ID info from it. I wonder if she would have accepted it if she didn't kinda know me?? I don't look anything like my license anymore! No hair color now, smaller face now, so different!

Because I woke up feeling great and want to continue that feeling on a daily basis!
