how tall are you matt? david is 6 foot and a 34 waist, and he is skinny. lanky. all that. jut letting you know so you don't try to overdo it. =)

but you DID promise pictures, man-boobies or not. ;P

yes, i did promise pictures but i didn't take any of me on the beach. I did snap a couple of pictures of me in the mirror of the hotel room (wearing a Bahamian T-shirt I picked up, yes, i know that is lame). I don't know how well that will turn out. I used one of those disposable cameras and Julie has the camera (and there are more pics left before it gets developed). I'll have someone take a real pic of me and when I get the camera developed I will have them placed on a CD so I can upload a couple.

I'm 6'4....I just realized that a normal weight for me is around 200-220 pounds. So I guess I still have 100 pounds to go (my estimate of 80 was majorly off).

Matt, at 6'4" I think your estimate of 80 more to go is right on the money or the pound anyway. :) Congrats on your losses already! You have done a great job!

Matt - That is great!! You have done so well!! Keep it up!! My hubby is 6"2 and he looks good at 230 (his current weight) so I think you are right on target!!

Jennelle 06-01-2003 01:29 PM

I think 80 pounds is right on target, Matt. 6'4" and 240 is pretty solid!

Good for you Matt! You'll know when you get there what's right for you. Keep up the great work.
