Time to get serious again
I have climbed back on the wagon today and I hope day one is a wonderful day of success to lead into day two and so forth.
I am giving up soda AGAIN! I went about 9 months last year before stress broke me. I also plan on walking at least a mile today. I have to remember to take baby steps starting my journey again and that I can't go out and walk 3 miles like I was before I stopped.
So here we go Day One.... Again...

Have you ever looked into making your own kombucha? Such a fabulous alternative to soda, which reminds me that I need to start another batch tonight.

Day one will always be better than day whatever of not trying. Good for you! Get back on that wagon.

Yay for coming back! It's actually still light out here, which I've been sorely missing. I may join you in that 1 mile walk.

I agree, after only an apple for breakfast. I hope you had a more nutritious lunch with some protein. I'm not the best role model of perfect eating but a diet like that long term does not equal success. Yay! For getting back on the wagon hun. Hope to see you around alot

Day 2: I walked my mile, only drank about 70 ounces of water and I had a chocolate chip cookie after dinner. Not to bad I don't think
