3/4 1.5 miles treadmill (incline 3.5)
3/5 2.68 miles (.50 on treadmill 3.5 and 2.18 around golf course)
3/6 3.15 miles (treadmill and hit the streets ) Bunge arm stretches
3/7 .75 miles (treadmill at 3.5 incline) My feet recovered from yesterday
3/8 2.25 miles part on treadmill .75 and 1.5 on the streets dodging cars lol
3/9 .68 miles on treadmill and walking up and down friends stairs Yowza!
3/10 nothing.. went to a party and was a good girl and stayed OP
3/11 3.18 miles (.68 on treadmill at 3.5 incline) and 2.5 street walking LOL

Boo. I have been pretty laxed with my exercise this week. Oh well. Back on track! And have a 5K this Saturday.
I also downloaded the app called jefit?? I want to start lifting weights on March 20th. I also want to start the C25K program.

Ughhh - I have been soooo lax on recording. But I think in 19 days, I've only had three rest days. I've played rugby, gone to training, PT sessions with my trainer, Bikram yoga, spin, swim, aqua class, boxercise class and a bit of weight lifting. Spin is my latest thing. I had to quit running because of a foot injury...so I want to keep up something that's intense like running, but without the impact on my foot. But I miss running - I love the freedom of going where and when you want to!
