Day 10 of juice fasting and have decided to go the full month. I'm 20 lbs lighter than I was 17 days ago and Still going strong! I'm so thankful for everyone and their support and My friend Karen for going along with me in this journey to a better and healthy living life. ♥

thanks you elvislover! lol and let me tell u it wasnt easy the first couple days and ill still catch my self drooling at the smell of spaghetti or lasagna but my will power has got sooo much better now that i am facing all my challenges head on!

I'm actually debating a 3 day juice fast to help clean out some residual gluten and help restart the losing, any tips or suggestions? Seriously, how do you keep from chewing an arm off?

Angihas- lol well lets say that the juice fast i have done so far has done me so well and i cant wait to do the rest of the month. and its hasnt been easy! the first couple days i didnt want to leave my room knowing there was food in the fridge that i could devour so instead of thinking about the food i was "missing" out on.. i started doing little things like knitting and reading books and watching documentaries on healthy living and such. ( i watched "fat sick and nearly dead" like 15 times already) haha just to keep me motivated and of course ill check on this website for inspiration and to get my mind of stuff. i have enjoyed every bit of this fast and i have no complaints or side effects and i dont feel like im "starving" my self. i feel great. more energetic as well. everyone keeps telling me that my face is glowing and im always smiling and the weight loss is a major plus! haha but good luck!!! i hope to hear about ur experience too!

I've been considering a total water fast, I'm very into seeing what the human body can do but my family would prefer I didn't. When juicing fast how does it feel side effect wise. I know water fasting causes large detoxing side effects. Does it have to be fresh juice?

Wow thank you Lunar, that was some article and possibly fasting may not be something my body could handle.I will research it and see what my doctor feels
