I am taking a trip to Daytona Beach, Florida 40 Days from now (September 19-25), for some much needed rest, relaxation and to clear my head. I can't tell you the last time I actually took a vacation much less alone! I am also going to have to FLY there and back which is a big fear/challenge for me.
I have two goals I would like to accomplish in these 40 Days.
Goal One: Lose 15 pounds (Starting Weight 243.2) (Goal Weight 228.2)
Goal Two: No Pepsi for the next 40 days.
I will update this thread often the next 40 days with all my accomplishment, struggles, and frustrations!!




I am shooting for 15 more gone by then as well!!
