Hi Guys,

Just a quickie check in here..

Life is about the same, except that my Dad has lost his job, and my brother's car engine siezed... and my pastor has been shipped off to Kuwaite, and i know someone on the front lines in Iraq.

We spent the weekend near Philly with my parents, as my mom turned 50 on Friday. It was great to see them, but they are quite disheartened by the lack of employment.

Weight loss.. well it happens. I don't know exactly how to get this to work, but I just keep trying. However, my body seems to very much like the 250s and not be interested in leaving them. Hopefully if I just keep plugging away something will happen eventually.
