Default Motivators: Staying on the Plan!

I have been so motivated this week!!! I don't know what has came over me lol. what has helped me is every morning I wake up and say WHY DO I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT TODAY? and I pick 1 reason, just 1 to focus on and not the same one everyday because I would get bored of it.

So my question is WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO STAY ON PLAN EACH DAY?

We have a whole thread dedicated to that very idea here in the 100 lb. club! You should check it out and post your reason every day! You're right, it can be very motivating.
