New Year's Resolutions

  • One of my resolutions is to continue with my healthy lifestyle.

    In the past year I went from a size 18W to a size 14 and lost 33 lbs. I worked out 3x a week for an hour each, half an hour of cardio and half an hour of weights, and did additional running some weeks. I ran my first 2 5Ks. If I duplicate this effort in 2012 I will meet my goal weight while feeling really good, so that's my goal.

  • My biggest goal in 2012 will be to reach my weight loss goal! I'm so excited to begin maintenance and try new exercises. I want to live healthy for the rest of my life so this year will be spent reinforcing good habits and finding the proper balance of calories and exercise.

    I also plan to save most of the Christmas money I receive from family for new clothes once I'm at or below goal. Almost all of my clothes are too big at this point but I've made do since I can layer for winter. I can't wait to buy cute new clothes for spring!
  • I also plan to reach my goal weight in 2012, whatever that goal ends up being! Into the 150's for sure, and a regular exercise program which will become a habit for me!
