Worked out like crazy, slept like a baby, didn't touch a piece of cake (it was my birthday yesterday) - the scale doesn't budge :(

diana-went over a bit. But, I did Ease to 10K Week 3 Day 1 tonight. It was a I felt like I was going to lose my dinner, but ya know..I didn't.

About a 39 minute work out.

Down 1 pound to 163.2 since the last time i cut on my PC and my last post on Saturday I think :dunno: been really busy getting ready to celebrate Jesus Birthday :yay: Making sure i stay aware of what I'm eating.forcing myself not to munch(put stuff in my mouth) that i know aren't good for me and exercising before i start my days.
I was so tired yesterday,i couldn't shop any more:lol: had to come home and go to bed :lol: I went to sleep at 6pm and didn't wake up till 5:30 this morning.Resting today :cloud9:


Hay Diana :wave: I have an exercise bicycle but don't use it.Seems like i have to be outside to do anything :) or someone forcing me too like in a class at the gym :lol:

Hay Kya :wave: you're doing great :cp: working things out :cp: have you tried adding something to your water? Mio,crystal light,lemon juice..it might help you drink more :) I bought a 32oz container and that helped get more water in than to keep refilling small bottles :dizzy:Drinking before eating or when hungry, helps to get more in too.

Have not WI and wont till the weekend. TOM is being a pain as usual lol.
I'm waiting to get my pilates, its 'supposed' to be here today, but the canada post website has been telling me its in Ontario for 3 days now . . hmmmmm.

Another christmas party this afternoon, le sigh. This one is interesting, the department is going to a cooking class for appetizers, little unusual but could be fun.
The place we are going is offereing a class next year based on Tosca Reno's Clean Eating . . . i'm going to be lookign into that one for sure.

I'll have to BBL for personals, got a lot to do before leaving in an hour.

Good morning, everyone! I'm up a pound and back out of Onederland to 200.4, but still quite pleased to be two pounds under my plateau. I rewarded myself by ordering a bicycle online. Hope the weather is nice by the time it arrives!

Ona, they have been building a YMCA since we moved here almost 6 years ago, there's been a sign that says future home of YMCA but still NO building. My neighbor wants to cancel her membership but back when she signed up the membership was 85.00 for a family of 5, so she's holding on. Good for you on getting that rest in, way to go :high: You are so close to your goal do you think you're gonna wanna go lower than 160? I'm with you on having the larger container for water, it sure does help a great deal :)

Wow Angie, sorry about the numbers on the scale, hope it has gone down as I keep reading :hug: We have a great Santa here also. It's funny his truck is red with reindeer on the back, his tags say Santa and Mrs. Claus tags say M Claus. They are truly realistic. When the boys were in Cub Scouts they'd come every year for our holiday pack meeting it was great. I'm a big kid, can you tell? In the summer Santa always has on a plaid red shirt and denim overalls too funny. It's quite exciting to pull up beside them on the road.

Great picture Angie, Cameron is tall, just like my boys. :) Yay for the 4lbs down :high: I can't wait to do that :)

Diana yikes is the word for that membership, there's parking lot is really crowded most of the time and they aren't 24 hours but with what they charge, if I were paying it, I'd be sure to go daily also. :) Good job on the 1.6 down on the 13th :high: Good job on the .2 down yesterday :) Diana are you still recovering from Thanksgiving and the meals after, wow ... Kya good for you on making sure there is nothing keeping you from going to the gym, way to go :high: I have DVD's and just about everything that I have asked for in my basement. It's a matter of doing for me. When I'm in I'm in but when I slip, oh my goodness what a mess and I know this. I made a promise to my daughter that I wouldn't cut my hair while she is away (she hasn't left yet) and so far so good. I have decided to make a promise that I will get back into my 12's and medium tops by the time she graduates from boot camp (no frumpy Mommy but a hot Mommy coming to see her ;)). So come 1/3 I'll have a little over 10 weeks to get it done and I know I can do it. Hopefully I can get my buddies Angie and Coondocks in with me :D what ever weight I am on 1/3 I will do my best to get down to 169. :) That is gonna require true discipline so I may be posting a lot on here by myself just for accountability when I'm about to slip up. It has worked before hopefully it's work again :crossed:

Coondocks sorry you and Jack aren't feeling well. Hope you both feel better soon. :hug: Glad you got one extra study day :) oh and yay for your scale moving :high: Hope your DVD's come today :crossed: mail is really slow here this time of year. I mailed thank you cards out last Tuesday and he people are just getting them this week, usually takes a two days or three max depending on location :dizzy:
