Wow! What an amazing NSV this is Lin! You've got a lot to be proud of as you've accomplished so much in the face of tremendous adversity. I know that unfortunately, some of the greatest adversity we experience is not from our enemies (namely...food) but from our friends and family. You've overcome this precise type of adversity with elegance and grace and we here at 3FC are better for having known you through this incredible journey.

Wow - you guy are great! Thanks for all the encouraging words. I absolutely love my gym. It is small and personal. The trainers all know you by name. Members cheer each other on. There is a wide range of ages, with a large group of over 40's. There are a lot of different classes - tonight I took hula hooping!

JamieSue - I don't know how much adversity I've had to overcome - it's just me against the food. And I'm stronger! LOL. As far as the attitude expressed by a couple friends (a whole different thread) - well, we all have opinions. I'll choose to take it all for what it's worth.

You guys have just boosted me up more than you'll never even know. I'm proud to be part of this group.
