Thanks for the warm welcomes. I did "OK". I ended up snacking last night too much and I wasn't keeping track so I don't even know what I did calorie wise. I'm gonna have to start counting calories, because I thought I knew right where my points calculator was but it turns out its missing so counting calories for me!!
I'm renovating my bathroom myself so yesterday I took the sink and vanity out, the mirrors and medicine cabinet out, changed the toilet, and now working on the tile floors getting them out which is turning out to be really hard so I might need help on that. (Thanks for asking) I hope everyone is having a great start to their day! 3/70 day challenge (since I'm late it's not quite 100) |
Wow! Fantastic job on re-doing your own bathroom! Consider getting the tile out an exercise session and maybe it will go better!

I can no longer access this website from work most of the time (I think it may be the old browser we have, because it's fine from home) and I've got limited time once I'm home at night.
But still here, still plugging away on plan and hoping to see a net loss for the week after my mostly unexplained gain last week (a tiny amount off plan one day, but most of the gain happened before that anyway!) |
Hi guys!!! Just wanted to say hello before I go to my Mom's for dinner. I did not do anything with my bathroom. I didn't feel like it so for now it will have to stay like that until Monday since I work Fri Sat and Sundays. I hope everyone is having a great day so far. Me well, havn't counted calories yet. I haven't done bad its just my sis bought me a burrito for lunch and I have no idea how many calories it is. But I only had a nectarine for breakfast the burrito and no coffee today so thats not too shabyy.. Anyway have a great day everyone..

I've already done a work out this morning. I'm actually going to try to do another 30 minutes later but I'm still already on track for being on plan today, all I have to worry about is the food. And as bizarre as it seems (even to me! lol!), that has been the easier piece for me this time. So I am getting the weekend off to a great start and hope everyone else is too! |
2nd half of today's workout done! I did almost 2000 punches during cardio boxing - I bet I'm sore tomorrow, but it was fun!

After my unexplained gain last week up to 209.6, I was down 3 lbs this week and still working my way back to my ticker weight. I'm hoping to see some additional progress and get to start moving my ticker again by next week's WI!!

Good job on your pound!! I think when you get so close to goal, a pound every two weeks is pretty good! I love that little punching smiley!! I'm a naturally lazy person and could easily do no exercise at all if I let myself. But once I get into the habit of working out consistently, I really do like how I feel when I do. So finding stuff like cardio boxing that is FUN and that I actually WANT to do is crucial for me! |

April wow I'm impressed that's allot of punching. I too am a natural lazy person and haven't quite made it to the excersising yet, but I'll get there. I hope everyone has a great day today. I had a good day yesterday food wise and I'm hoping to do the same today. I just need to get more water in I think. I'm just happy that I did not overeat. 7/70 |
Hope everyone has a great week. I just got home from visiting DD in NC and I'm beat. It's about a 10 hour drive. Early to bed and then work in the AM, but it will be a short week.

Alright, I sort of lost my motivation for a while. My partner was gone away on business for a week and came back today. Him being gone shook my routine. I stayed on plan exercise and food wise but I just felt off balance somehow. I am a firm believer that when I am on top of my game, and concentrate, I do better. Sometimes I just go through the motions and don't feel like I am giving it 100% I think I gave my exercise about 75-80%. At least I kept up and did not stop. I am happy I at least did that.

finished my 4 days of two-a-day workouts.
Back to my regular schedule tomorrow so I won't have time to do the 60-75 minutes a day I've been doing but I'll definitely be trying to push for more than 30 instead of settling for that. And hopefully, I will finally see some forward progress at Sunday's WI (I know it's only been two weeks so far without progress, but I still want it NOW! lolol!) |
I'd like to join you all :) I've been on plan since 09/12 and I was going for the end of the year also. I dunno how I'll make it through the holidays but I'm optimistic!

Hi everyone!! I think I have been forgetting about this thread. I've been so busy trying to take the tile out in my bathroom, and make my Owl treat bags for my sons Fall party at Preschool. i've only been on here once a day instead of 2 or 3 times.. But things are good. I finally just hired someone to come and take the rest of the tile out because it's the hardest tile I have ever tried to take out and I've done it many times. So the tile is out, but my house looks so dirty because of all the dust it made.
I'm still OP so that's exciting. I am starting to get used to what I'm eating and snacking on. I've cut my lattes alltogether and now I'm just drinking a big coffee with about 3 tablespoons of silk french vanilla. (I couldn't go black, I did try though) April great job on the working out!! It's only been two weeks so hang in there! BeachKitty WELCOME! I joined this thread not too long ago and for that reason so I could make it through the holidays. I think my goal was to loose 20 pounds by the end of the year. Whats your goal? And good luck I'll see you around! 10/70 |
