    Lost 2 more lbs. (should be more, but Sunday did me in!!). Only 4.5 lbs to go to reach my Feb 1st goal. I've never met a goal before. Never.

    my weigh-in for the week is 225!

    w00t! five pounds down in a week and i only upped water intake and lowered overall fat intake. this should really go well when i start counting calories and exercising daily!!!

  • I'm down 3lbs to 205
  • I lost 4 pounds this week. Don't ask how. Nothing changed except I was on a different pain medication - just for one week though. It was SUPPOSED to make me gain weight. But it didn't!!! I made my Valentine's goal early!!!!! ---- and I've made it now to 90.5 pounds lost!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Wow Jeanne , only 14.5 pounds to go! How does that feel? What are you planning on doing once you get there? You should think ahead and start making a plan, going to be a big change when you move over to maintaining instead of dieting. Your doing great, well done!

    Two more pounds down I'm now in the 230's!! Okay, 239, but it's still in the 230's! I haven't seen those numbers since fall of 2001.
