That's the perfect number! If I lose about 6.4 lbs every four weeks, I'll pretty much hit my goal.
cathi888: I'm sorry you were discouraged. I know how you feel. Maybe you could adjust your goals for this year to make them more achievable? That's what I tend to do when I get off track for too long. Sometimes that helps me. And congrats on being so close to the two-teens!!
guacamole: I've been having issues with exercise too. I'm busy and it's FREEZING here. So I do home workouts 1/2 hour daily. That's 3.5 hours a week. Not bad. I try to not push myself too much, or I ALWAYS quit.
