Default NSV - I Love October Already!

Today I went shopping for a few more items for fall.

I went to Ann Taylor Loft, I love this store, I use to work there and was a size 4 and a xs/small at the time! That was over 5 years ago sadly. BUT Today I tried on several tops and bought about 4 of them and they were ALL mediums!!

I have been a large everywhere for so long for multiple reasons - big boobs and FAT upper arms! Maybe my arms are slimming down a little because its usually impossible to fit my arms in the sleeves! My tummy is definitely shrinking too - less gut sticking out! Wooohooo!!!!

I have so many reasons to be happy already this October - a couple of my coworkers (who know Im dieting so I hope they aren't biased) have commented that my face looks a lot skinnier and that my pants look really big - and they ARE - my pants almost look bad on me they are getting so baggy.

My last NSV ..... Tomorrow marks my 1 month anniversary on plan - working out almost everyday, eating within my WW points every day and 1 month with NO SODA!

I can't believe it's already been 1 month on plan and I am SO HAPPY - I've lost 9 lbs and finally feel happy and have energy for the first time in a long time & I have to say a lot of it is thanks to all the amazing support and advice from the GREAT people on this board! You keep me accountable, motivated and I am so fortunate to have found this place!

Thanks for sharing in my happiness and success - I plan to keep sharing in yours too!

Isn't it just amazing what 1 month can do? Great job on staying op and losing 9 pounds. And on fitting into smaller clothes. The first thing I noticed when I started to lose was that my pants were longer. They rode lower on my hips, so they covered more of my shoes. I noticed that before anything else. Always thought that was sort of funny, actually. Now I use it as my gauge that I'm losing a pant size!

Keep up the great work.

Thank you! That is too funny because that is what exactly happened to me! I am pretty short so I notice very easily when my pants are too long - they started getting baggy and hanging lower and now I have to pull them up so I don't walk on them! It's definitely a good way to gauge!

It is definitely amazing what you can accomplish in a month - hope to accomplish even more in October!!

Yea for clothes shopping! Good for you! Clothes shopping is one of the best NSV's. I bet you look great and feel even better.
I have been wearing a belt so I am not sure if my pants are longer.
