Back on the Wagon and This is IT!

  • I've posted here before, but it's been a while. Life got busy...got married (wahoo!), started teaching school, moved, and all of the other things that come up in life. I ended up gaining back everything and a tiny bit more.

However, I've decided enough is enough and I'm finally going to lose all of the weight. I'd like to try for a baby next year and it would probably be so much easier, before and during a pregnancy, if I was at a much healthier weight. Plus I want to do another half marathon and even hopefully a marathon, and a friend who used to be heavy told me how much easier it is to run once you weigh less.

My hubby and I started Weight Watchers. It was so weird...I was so giddy to go to a meeting for the week before. It all just feels right, that it's really going to work.

I lost about 5 pounds before WW, and I lost 5.2 my first week. This week is going well too and should show a loss.

I still have a long ways until my goal of 134. I want to be half the gal I used to be. I will be someday
