Back up to 178. I know some of it's water weight, but also some of it is irresponsible binging. I'll have to work and pay attention to get it dropping again.

My original goal at the beginning of September was to drop 10 LBS by October 1st so I hope that I am posting in this thread in a week and a half that I am OUT of the 170s, but not sure I can lose 4-5 more lbs in that time!!!
I weighed in at 174.8 today so I am getting very close! I can almost see those 160s!!!! It's going to feel so good to post that mini-goal in here! Good luck to everyone else! We can do this!! |
I'm also aiming to be out of the 170's by the end of the month. I'm at 171.8 right now.

The 170's are truly breaking my fricking heart. I have bounced between 175.4 and 176.6 for 2 weeks now. I'm pretty sick of it and can't wait to be rid of this damn decade!

I weighed-in at 179lbs yesterday. I'm really excited because I just have 4lbs to lose to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight and my lowest adult weight so the 170's are something I've looked forward to a lot! |

Wooohooo, down from 174.8 to 174.4 today! Maybe I WILL get out of the 170s before September ends?? Might be crazy wishful thinking with a week left but I'm going to try my hardest!

I weighed in this weekend at 174.5 and am 174.0 this morning. I am cutting down my calories but I'm also working out every day and that includes 4 days per week running 3 miles and walking an additional 3.5, so I'm not sure that's the right approach. If only my body came with a "how-to" manual!!

Down to 175.2 today - wish it was 174.4 like I was last week, but I'll get there - just might not get out before October 1st. Oh well, at least I'm at the half way point of the 170s, just NEED to push past the 175 threshold.

The 170's are sticking around here, too. I was at 171.8 for 3 days, skipped one weigh-in day, then up to 173 for the past 3 days. I will be at normal weight at 169, and at 162 I'll be at a 100lb lost since recommitting in March. I want those 2 goals so bad! I'm hoping that my body is just holding water as it usually does mid-cycle, ovulation time, and that I see a loss in the coming days.

I'm back to 174.4 today! Yay! Now hopefully it goes DOWN tomorrow so I don't relive last week and watch it go up into the 176's. NEED TO SEE 173!!! |
Woooo! Down to 173 today! Never thought I'd see that number. I realize the scale could still fluctuate up a little but I pray I am down seeing 176/175!

Holy crap, down from 173 yesterday to 172.2 today. SO CLOSE! Gotta keep pushing and being healthy like never before, I am going to make it the 160s so soon!
