It's all about moderation. I had pizza, Chinese, bagels/cream cheese, and ate out for dinner. BUT...I brought snacks and protein bars for during the day and I had kashi for breakfast with my friend I was staying with. I didn't gorge or binge but I controlled my portions and savored every bite.
So yeah...this week was the mark of a new start of my life. I can still enjoy vacation and have fun without overeating all the time.
