    # 4 170.4

Yesterday was a good day. I hadn't made time to plan lunch properly, so ate veggie sausage patties, mashed potato (no milk or butter ) and baked beans.
Dinner was my new best friend, Quinoa, with steamed veggies tossed in oil and orange juice. mmmmm.
I've got some of both for today, which is quite an intense work day, so all should be well.

Feeling fine, I think the black dog has become quite a pale shade of grey.
  • I am so happy to see you successful; You are an amazing woman!
  • DixC - thankyou for keeping your eye on me!!!!!

Although a large part of me would love a greasy bacon sandwich on white bread followed by a double mars bar, it's actually quite a satisfying WoE.
When I got back in today - from 1) telling a member of the congregation that despite my best efforts, there is no legal way the church can sponsor him for a visa, so he has to go home [long, long story]; and 2) making an unannounced visit to someone who's come asking for marriage to make sure they really do live where they say they do [loong, loong story], I would normally have been so desperate for a food fix to make myself feel better. I've only just realized, 6 hours on, that I didn't, I didn't medicate. woohoo!
  • Looking good! I'm sorry you're having to forgo some things you might like, but look at that scale move! You're sticking to your plan and it shows!
