I'm switching things up too, I started this week. I started to get info a funk, still on plan but don't want to get too routine and my loss started slowing. I increased my cals from 1300 to 1500 again now that I'm exercising, and I have been eating breakfast and dinner as raw meals and lunch as a cooked protein.
For breakfast I have various fresh fruits and nuts. I LOVE pistachios. Everythin gets measured/portioned.
For lunch I have something made from tofu or tvp or something with a grain, like brown rice or quinoa.
For dinner I generally have a GIANT salad with almost every veggie in the fridge, some dressing and sunflower seeds.
I upped my water from 64 oz to 96 oz and this week has been so great, and I've felt really focused. I have lost 2 lbs and it's only wed.

Sometimes switching things up is good. I might do this every two weeks. I mean I eat very healthy to begin with and I'm vegan so eating lots of fruits and veggies isn't foreign, but more of that stuff, and nuts and seeds, is always good.
