My whoosh yesterday was not a real whoosh since I had gained the 2.6 pounds over the weekend by eating a bunch of sodium. However, today I am down another .6 today to 187.6. I’m finally back below that dern 188 mark! :dance::dance::dance: It has been taunting me since mid-January. Now to stay below it.


Kukkie - I hope the move is going well. Careful not to strain your back on all those shoes ;) I hope you love P90X. I have heard good things. I am going to try it at some point. I have Slim in 6, P90X, and Insanity already. I want to do them all starting with Slim in 6, but right now I have too much other workout stuff going on to be able to commit to every day. Can’t wait to hear how it goes for you!

Vixsin - I am glad you are finding a good use for your PB2. I got a jar and hated it. I tried all kinds of stuff to do with it and just really hated it, so I tossed it out. I’m so glad your experience is better than mine. Congrats on the pound down!

Angie - congrats on the downward movement, that‘s an awesome couple days you've had! I just LOVE spaghetti squash! I make tons of casseroles with it as the base.

Quantum, you are more than welcome. Yes, if you have a great weight session, there is a good chance that your muscles will be holding onto water the following morning. They do that to help rebuild. In a couple of days, when you are less sore, the weight will drop again. Keep posting, these are all great questions and concerns that many of us have experience with. We LOVE to help, here. :) This journey at it's best can be trying on the nerves. Support is really important for all of us to succeed. I'm happy to help answer your questions and offer suggestions. I did it!!!! I reached my February goal of 209!! :woohoo: :woohoo: :yay: :yay:

I am so proud of myself. I could just explode. I can't stop smiling! (See? :D ) I am proud for so many reasons today. I'm proud that I achieved the goal I set for myself. I am so proud that I am achieving my weight loss through HARD WORK! I am so proud that this time I have NOT taken the easy way out.

I am so proud of ALL of us who are really doing it. How many times have we been with "the masses" and griped about our weight only to go into the fridge and drown our sorrows in a carton of ice cream? Too many times, am I right? Well, not anymore!!! I am so honored to be doing this with all of you. You understand my struggles, you understand my victories. You all just "get it." I really love you guys!

Good morning everyone!

I'm holding steady at 207.2..man this month has been very challenge :dizzy:
it seems no matter how much i exercise and eat on plan,this weight just won't bulge*sigh*it's gonna get tired of being jogged around,give up and just come on off cause I'm not gonna stop until it does:sumo:it thinks it can fight with me..i got something for it:sumo:

Angie,you're on the move again!:cp: great job!your Doctors hypothetical was so funny :D great idea to go back to phase1 and to take something to the dinner.I never go to any family functions without something i can eat,lessen the temptation :)

Sorry I've missed the last couple of days, didn't have access to a computer. Looks like there have been lots of success!
However I was extremely surprised by Aunt Flo's visit on Wednesday, considering that I had an ablation and haven't had to deal with TOM since August 2010, the dr. says it can happen, but I was still cranky with the upticks in the scale - but since I'm going to assume it's water and should be gone by next week, I'm choosing to NOT be bummed, but just keep on doing as I have been. :carrot:

Hey ladies sorry I haven't been around lately but I'm back and still going strong. My weight at the beginning of January was 294 and as of today my weigh in was 282.4 so I've lost 11.4 lbs so far.
