Well, I had to come back and fess up that I went up .4 pounds. Not much, but would have rather had a loss. I got back to working out a lot last week, so maybe that had something to do with it. Hope for a loss for next week.
I weighed yesterday after a workout out (so, mind you, it was after eating all day and then exercising...), but I was down 3.4 from 1/5! Which is good for me. I haven't been perfect and I'll take it!
