That is just AMAZING! What forms of exercise have you been doing?

I began with cycling, and did about 30 miles a day !I don't really do any formal exercise at the moment, but I stand for a living, move alot at work and have two big dogs that could walk for ever :)

you really do inspire me :) i'm on Dukan Diet myself but not strictly i eat oat porridge for breakfast , but I was wondering have you eaten any fruit during diet?

Malamaza- I haven't followed the Dukan diet- just some of the principles. I haven't touched fruit as it is a trigger food for me- all that sugar !!

sry guess i read it wrong :) i will try not to eat fruit too because i just can't stop after one. Only veggies,dairy products and oats are my friends :)) I just can't eat much meat only fish and sometimes chicken breast , is that ok ? Congrats again!!
