). I'm wondering what I can possibly take with me to avoid fast food crashing on the way home because I'm starving. It has to be something easily portable, and easily eaten since I'll be busy all day. Somethign I can just grab and shove in my mouth. ANY suggestions at all?
Oh I'm a calorie counter, so no SPECIAL diet is needed. I am calorie cycling and have 1200 calories that day (I made that my low day, since I knew I probably woudln't have time for much).
