I cant belive it ive lost 15 pounds in only 3 weeks and I have hypothyroidism even when I did a diet before I knew I had hypothyriod I didnt lose this fast. eating healthy and stay under 1500 calories and walking here and there is really working for me maybe I will meet my goal of 199 pounds BY June 10th thats when my son graduates 5th grade and I wanna wear a dress to it and feel GOOD about myself. I just wanted to share I feel good about myself today and havent felt like this in awhile I know I have a LONG was to go but I CAN DO THIS.
