Default All kinds of overnight milestones!!!

Be sure to read the ETA...

This is the most exciting post I have ever posted.

I had a four pound WHOOSH last night!! This from the girl who loses four pounds a MONTH!! This four pound whoosh skipped me right through:

1. 25% lost!!! I've lost 25% of myself!! How many people can say that?!

2. 60 pounds lost!!! For some reason, that has been a number I didn't think I could get to and it's a number I find really impressive. I wasn't focusing on 100 nearly as much as I was focusing on 60. It's like, I'm not losing 100...I'm losing 60 and then 40 more. It's all in how you look at it.

3. OVERWEIGHT!!! I am not obese! Me? Not obese! I did an internship of sorts several years ago and was appalled to see written on the chart of an averaged sized older man the words "obese male". I have the image of my medical chart in my head reading "obese female" ever since. No more!!! My medical chart will not say "obese female!"

ETA: I should have known! Yesterday, 177. This morning, 173. After workout, just for kicks to see such a low number again...168. Yeah...took out the battery, put it back in again and now it's 178. It was the daggone scale!!! This post is sadly premature. *sigh* Ah well...it will happen.

Too funny! I was just replying to another post (with the broken chairs) and you posted above me and I noticed your avatar (I was even going to PM you with congrats) - 60lbs lost - and I thought "that looks kinda new, when did THAT happen?" - and now I see when it happened. It happened! It happened!! Apparently overnight!!!

Oh how I am sitting here grinning - I'm just THAT happy for you. What else is there to say? You're doing phenomenally well, you're a delight to listen to and I look forward to more new avatars and even more new milestones. SO EXCITING!!! Look what you're doing - just look! Yay you!!
