I'm down to 194, man this is slow going. I want to be OUT of the 190s for good. I'm happy that when I weigh myself with my clothes on it doesn't have a 2 in front of my weight anymore though.

Scale flickered between 190.0 and 190.5 this morning. I'll claim it as 190.5 and then also be happy in a day or two when it settles at 190.0.
