198.2 today, still on TOM. I'm sooo close to being out of obese category! |
Well, here I am in onederland again. I am definitely glad for that!! I am already excited to get below 190. I think I will really feel like I am on my way when I do that.
I have been going through a rough time personally and have not been eating like I should. The weight loss is nice but I can't lose all of my weight this way. I really need to lose this next 10lbs doing it the right way. My confession is that I really like getting on the scale and seeing the losses. After not eating much for a while, I don't get as hungry as I used to. I have to remind myself to eat and when I do a small amount makes me full. I know this can't continue and I want to stop so I feel like my changes will be permanent. I have been taking walks in the evening and today I started using my gym membership again at lunch. I felt great after the gym - the best I've felt in a few weeks now. Exercise really is a great stress reliever. So, here's to a healthy 10lb loss! |

Welcome BeachBreeze. I fluctuated back up to 192.8...but I am sure it will bounce back down soon. |
193.7 this morning. TOM is around the corner though, so I think I'll be at this weight for awhile. :(

Atleast you know when TOM is over, the scale will start moving again for you.

191 - In the past when I have stayed about the same for 3-5 days, it is usually followed by a mini wooosh. Hoping to see it tomorow!

I am camping at 199. I guess I lost the first amount to get there so quickly that my body is probably playing catch up. I swear I feel smaller today than the day I originally hit 199. I have been exercising and eating more in line with what I should, so maybe I am just holding a little more "food weight" and water weight. I have plenty of patience. Tonight I am going to a cardio class at the gym. I am afraid I will be too out of shape to do much, but at least it will be something fun to do to get out of the house. |
194.5. I weighed myself a couple of times, I couldn't believe it. I've been running and having really light dinners.
