Hi, Lyn & Uber! Felt like way long time since I was able to hang with you exalted Onederland types.
Scale at 198.2 - down another pound yesterday. Today I have some household chores and a good workout planned. Loving seeing that scale move, so I'll see if I can get it to keep budging during this coming week! TOM is coming due next week - we'll see if there is a whoosh in store, as usually happens when it arrives. In one of those perverse moves of the universe, the usual whoosh causes me to look forward to that time! |
Hey ladies...and gents?...I can't believe I'm here but the scales aren't lying. I've reached a new all time high and finally kicked myself into gear. It's frustrating since this isn't my first time jumping onto this wagon, but it will be my last. Last year I got stuck just above 150 all summer and then started school again and completely lost control.
Hopefully some of you know how that feels...like watching a heavy boulder you've just rolled up a mountain roll down the other side, faster than you could ever catch up to it! This time my sister is on board too though, and I'm hoping we can all help each other too :) |
Still PMSing but 194. I lost a pound during PMS! I think that's a first.

It was frustrating because I didn't want to eat too much because cheese and bread adds up fast but I was so hungry that it didn't satisfy me-- and I've grown to HATE that feeling of being hungry and wanting to eat and starting at food and not eating. I try to never put myself in that position. Anyway, I survived and am hoping for a loss tomorrow. |
