Oh hey, I'm NORMAL.
 

I hit my last mini-goal today. I weighed in at 183.6, and just scraped into the "normal" BMI range at 24.9. I really don't know what else to say, at the moment, because I knew this day was coming, and I've thought it to death, and I'm still not quite done, yet, but oh my gosh, I am a NORMAL weight for my height.

It can be done, people. It took me 632 days to lose 192 pounds, and achieve a normal weight, but I did it. You can do it. It can be done, it really, really can.

I just, wow, don't know what else to say right now, except, onward to goal, I guess. :)

Hi Catherine ... I bet it feels superb being "normal", your have done so well! Congrats! I can't remember the last time I was normal, sigh. Did you have your high enthusiasm through your whole journey? I need a little push right now.

What a huge accomplishment!!

Sometimes I get so down about losing another 60 lbs, but stories and testimonies from other people that lose that and more really inspire and keep me going.
