    101 lbs lost!! I reached my goal today! WOWZA-- the last few months I wasn't sure I was going to make it. Seemed like a serious uphill battle but I am there -- I have reached it. Now a collective sign and on to the next challenge. Maintain and tone -- kind of a scary thought though. But I am excited to start the next part of my journey!
