    I bought a pair of pants back YEARS ago when I got down to 204. They were a little snug when I bought them, but within about two months I couldn't wear them anymore because I'd gained. But they're in great condition and I love them, so I've kept them. The last time I tried them on was back when I got down to 217. I couldn't zip them up without laying down, and they cut off my air supply. Now I'm at 222 and I managed to button and zip them standing up, and I was able to breathe. I probably wouldn't have been able to sit in them, but it's definitely an improvement due to my weight training.
