Default I have a new breakfast choice

I made an eggbeaters omelet this morning and it was fabulous. It had a 4 oz broccoli, 1/8 cup low fat cheddar cheese, 2 slices of tomatoes, and 1 slice of Canadian bacon. It ended up being 190 calories.

It was totally yummy!! Nothing like a good tasty breakfast to start your day.

I am so glad that you enjoyed it. For me, the key to staying on plan is having food that I enjoy. I love eggbeaters omelets too.

I can't eat in the morning, so I usually have fruit after I've been awake a couple of hours, then a brunch later, around noon-ish, but I'll have to try the eggbeaters omelette for dinner sometime. It sounds yummy!

Ohhh that does sound good! I found Turkey breafast sausage patty's at the store and made those in an eggbeater scramble, those are pretty good too

That does sound great, thanks for the idea! do you use fresh broccoli, or from a package of frozen?

I LOVE eggbeaters (well, I buy the store's own brand to save $) and I love that I can have a whole cup of egg product for only 120 calories!! that makes alot of egg! I also cook extra and take it for lunch with a piece of whole wheat bread to wrap around the egg, I am uncivilized but I love it with ketchup or a little BBQ sauce

That sounds really good! I love Eggbeaters. I always load mine up with leftover veggies and sometimes use some laughing cow cheese as well.

Do eggbeaters really taste like regular eggs? I have bee scared to try them because I really love my regular eggs.
