    Here's a quiz for you about snacking! I didn't realize how smart I was but I did get a few questions wrong.
  • Did okay, but missed a few. The one that got me thinking was the vending machine question. Yes, the peppermint patty may be lower in calories, but it's pure sugar pretty much. A snack like that would do nothing to tie me over. Even though the crackers would be higher in fat/calories & I would use more WW points, if I had to eat something out of a vending machine, I would pick the crackers.
  • I completely agree with you kayla! This quiz was helpful, but I did disagree with a few of their choices, as far as fitting them to the WW plan.. but I almost fell over reading the calories and fat in movie theatre popcorn!!!

  • Alright, I just suck at knowing anything about snack foods. Thanks Beth Anne for posting that quiz, I sure learned a lot ! I never knew how bad those margarita's really were, ugggh...

  • The movie popcorn one floored me, too!!!!!!! Wasn't it something like 1000 calories & 80 grams of fat in large popcorn? Good grief! I honestly had no idea it was THAT bad for you!
  • I did okay. Got the movie theatre question wrong, too, but I didn't pick the popcorn - I picked the Twizzlers. I guess I was thinking low-fat rather than low-cal.

    I would NEVER EVER pick a hot dog over twizzlers, besides I have restraint! I think if I ate a whole bag of twizzlers I would probably barf
