Wow... it seems that ya'll drink A LOT, A LOT, A LOT of water (I've been reading old threads a lot, to catch up!) and WOW. I was reading in "the library" all the great things water does for you, but I didn't really catch anything that says what it does for weight-loss. Could someone fill me in?
Also, how do you know much water you're supposed to drink? THANK YOU SO MUCH!
