good, I was wondering if it was just me! I went to the site after I read Michelle's post and was shocked to see they think I should be eating 2100 calories a day. Then I compared their assessment for sedentary vs. a few other sites. Everywhere else was within 100 calories, but Daily Plate was 500 calories higher. (I did sedentary for comparison since I figured that might be a little less subjective than what various sites considered light or moderate activity)
Great if it's working for people but I'm honestly not sure I could eat 2100 GOOD calories every day. I average 1450 a day, and that feels like enough food - I'm sure I could eat candy, junk food, etc. if I let myself, but I know I'm not really hungry because I'm not choosing to eat any additional healthy food, and I would if I wanted to.
but to go back to Michelle's original question, I definitely wouldn't eat more just to eat more, but I would consider maybe something like a glass of milk or a piece of cheese, just to make sure you don't wake up hungry in the middle of the night.
