Starting weight 216 Ending weight 205 Total loss for 2010 11 pounds January 1st - 216 starting weight February 1st - March 1st - 213 - not exactly flying am I? - 3 pounds April 1st - 211 with water weight - real weight should be 199 or 198 - Hope May 1st looks better! May 1st - 207 June 1st - 206 I am so glad to have had steady loss this month (June)! July 1st - 202 August 1st - 201 July was not so good for me. September 1st - 188 starting ending 196 - Had to adjust for new scale but only lost 2 pounds Lost 20 pounds so far this year. Well, it is better than gaining.
