Hi gloo! I would definitely recommend c25k. I always hated running because I couldn't run for more than a few seconds. When I started, I had to push myself to do the 60 second runs, but it does get easier. Keep in mind that it is okay to repeat a week if you are still struggling. I have repeated a couple of weeks. I just know that if I try to push myself too hard, I will end up getting discouraged. I would also recommend finding a good podcast. I don't know what type of music you like, but if you enjoy hip-hop and upbeat dance music, I found a podcast that is perfect. It is at
