because I'm going to reach a new decade and hit a new mini-goal and change my chickie SOON.

because i'm so close to my next mini goal i can taste it

I am now getting compliments from men and I want it to continue alot

because i had a 3 lb loss from my last WI, and I want to keep it up!

because i want to win slimmer of the week at my slimming group next week :)

Because giving up isn't going to bring me any closer to goal either. The only way to break this plateau is to keep moving forward.

Because I love being able to run up the steps and not be struggling!!!

because I really want to move on to mini goal #3 before the New Year. I had expected to reach #2 over a month ago, and I want it done already!

Because I'm about to have a set a 4th mini-goal! Woot!

I will stay on plan today because I want my weight to start with a "1" instead of a "2"!
