because I worked so hard to get to the 240s and I am NOT happy about revisiting the 250s

I struggle with exercise now, not food. So I've decided that I'm going to walk everyday for a week and see what that does for me. I walked yesterday, so being on plan this week means walking.
And the one reason I'm going to do it is because I want to be a healthy person in all ways. |
I love this idea. I'm going to try and post one reason every day.
Because I want to wear boy shorts! lol |
Because I need to make it a habit.

Because today ends a complete 6 weeks of my new lifestyle and 6 weeks is the longest I've ever attempted to lose weight. This time is different --- 17 lbs down and no desire to stop!!

because I didn't do as well as planned over thanksgiving and my body let me know it wasn't happy about it.

...because I just saw the Thanksgiving photos and dear LORD. Nope, no more, and I even mean it this time.

Because by summer time I want to look half way decent in a swimsuit... I have not worn a swimsuit out in public for a LONG time.

because I want to be able to cross my legs again without it being painful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Because I am retaining so much water right now and I feel gross. I know how much better I'll feel if I stick to my plan and get the water weight back off.
