Just curious to CFmama and DChound... how many pounds a month on average did you lose? Did you find that it was pretty consistent, or did you lose a lot one month and then a little the next?
I hope that I can have similar success stories to you two. You guys are inspirational to me.
Ah okay, those numbers are great. My first month ends on the 25th, and I've already lost about 10lbs. I really hope that I can lose 10lbs a month for awhile... that would mean by around July/August I'll make my first goal of 75lbs, which is a little less than half of what I want to lose.

I don't lose regularly. I have gone as long as 4 months with no loss on the scale. I lost 60 lbs the first 3 months, 39 the second 3 months, then have kept losing in fits and starts since then for a total of over 150 lbs lost. I'm older than CFMama though, and I've lost 150 lbs before (then gained it all back) so my metabolism is not normal. The entire loss averages out to 2.5 lbs per week but that is definitely not how my body sheds weight.
I have lost about one dress size every 6-8 weeks consistently, though.
