Default I went shopping!!

The only thing that I have purchased since my weight loss begin in the spring was two new pairs of capris (because my pants were falling off) and one shirt (that I have yet to wear) so it was SO time.

I know that the cool fall weather will be here any day and I have NO pants or jeans that fit me anymore and I am swimming in the shirts I have been wearing so I couldn't put it off any more. I am not even sure why I was procrastinating so much....but some part of me didn't want to know what my size was.

Anyway, I finally bit the bullet and did some shopping. In the spring, I was wearing mostly 22's, with some 24's in the mix and tops were mostly 3X with a few 2X's. not really knowing where to start, my first stop was a store that has both regular and plus size clothing so I grabbed a few 16's from the plus side and a 15 from the regular line. I tried them all on and...had to ask for something smaller!! I ended up getting 2 pairs of jeans that were...wait for it....size 13!!! Huh?!? Wow!!

After that, I ventured into a regular store and bought some tops. Some were XL and others were Large. NO X in site!!! Wow!

I am pretty thrilled and this was extra helpful this week as I am sort of stuck above the 205 mark. I SO desperately want to hit Onederland and it has been feeling like I'll never get there so this was a bit of a boost.

That's fantastic!

I'm procrastinating going shopping, too. I just can't face the stores, yet.

Thanks everyone!

The other thing I forgot to mention was...I also bought new undies and bras! What a difference that made as well.

I hadn't even realized how baggy my underwear had become in the bum but I had seen the weird gaps in my bra. I bought regular large size undies and 40C cup bra!! Wowzers! I can shop for bras in the mainstream stores now!! That is huge (although my boobs are not LOL).

Wow... that's unbelievable....!!!!!

Very inspiring to me personally since I am your height. I was wondering how much I would need to lose to hit normal sizes...

Looks like about fifty more pounds....

Thanks for the inspiration...
